Wymagania / Responsibilities

Inspiring People - It's who we are and what we do! The main purpose of the Payroll Administrator is to work with the rest of the Support Team to provide efficient and flexible support where required. The Payroll Administrators are responsible for processing of the payroll and related processes including payments and billing for clients. They are expected to interface into the account teams and internal stakeholders for the resolution of queries, and provision of information. Accountabilities: • Proactively managing the processes linked to payroll, accounts payable and credit control working directly with internal business areas and third party suppliers to obtain required information in a timely fashion • Responsibility for ensuring that all payrolls are processed on time and accurately - checking, coding and processing weekly timesheets, processing payroll for contractors, creating Contractor Weekly Summary Report • Compiling weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required • Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties, ensuring that they are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes.

Obowiązki / Requirements

Inspired? From a Payroll Administrator we would expect: • Fluency in English, both written and spoken • High attention to details • Office experience with a busy and challenging administration, support role or customer services environment is an advantage • Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft packages
