Credit and Collections Analyst French Speaker

Job description


-         Collecting payments from customers based in Belgium

-         Answering e-mails/ phone calls from clients

-         Daily contact with internal departments (i.e. sales, cash application, retained team) over the phone or email

-         Maintaining low aged balances

-         Customers query resolution

-         Reporting status of outstanding positions


Candidate’s profile


-         Fluent French

-         Good knowledge of English

-         Collections experience will be an asset

-         Willing to make phone calls in French

-         Ability to work during Polish holidays when required

-         Customer service and communication skills

-         Multitasking & can do attitude

-         Good analytical and problem solving skills

-         High motivation to achieve targets level

-         Ability to organize own work day schedule

-         Team player

-         Assertiveness & high interpersonal skills

-         Good PC skills  (Outlook/ MS Excel) & knowledge of  SAP will be an advantage
